For each bottle sold, €1 will be donated to the Sea Foundation.

"The 2017 Cotes du Rhone Villages Bio is a silky, seductive blend of 50% Grenache, 20% each Mourvèdre and Syrah, and10% Cinsault. Medium to full-bodied, it's plump and soft, yet balanced, without excessive weight or tannins. Cracked pepper, ripe cherry and black licorice notes all come together seamlessly on the palate and linger on the long finish."

Terroir

For this Côtes du Rhône Villages, the focus was placed on a selection of high-altitude vines.

Late harvests on the gravel and marl of the high hills were also sought after.

Vinification and ageing

Vinification

Very lengthy, cold maceration with intense pigeage in order to extract the maximum of aromas and matter before the first appearance of alcohol.

Extractions are stopped at the beginning of fermentation.

Ageing

A specific blend that goes further than organic wine since particular care has been taken in the use of water (less than one bottle of water per bottle of wine).
